The health and safety of clients as well as team members are of my upmost priority. In addition to the ongoing practice of disinfecting tools and products between clients and the stringent process in which we deep clean our tools between jobs, masks will be worn by myself and team members during face to face contact. Open communication is key and both parties are encouraged to be transparent and promptly notify either person if they happen to exhibit any flu-like symptoms leading up to or on the day the appointment. Sanitisers come standard in our kits and will be available for use when needed. Protocols will be updated according to the current climate and policies set by the NSW government.

Travel Fees start from $150 and is based on km and/or travel time from Liverpool. Toll is also considered where applicable. Additional Artists travel fees are also added as per distance if applicable.

Travel is not available for singular bookings. Bridal Trials are held at my home studio in Liverpool. Travel may be considered under special circumstances - Please email to discuss.

Unfortunately, Trials can only be booked for the bride.

For weddings, you can book up to 1 to 1.5 years in advance as long as you meet the $1000 booking minimum. Events/Trials can only be booked 3 months in advance.

Yes! Although if time permits, I highly recommend booking a trial. Bridal Trials are an opportunity to explore what you've envisioned for your special day. In addition to trialling hair and makeup, it includes an in-depth consultation where we go through preferences, hair and makeup styles to suit your features, as well as a skin assessment to ensure we're using the right products for you on your wedding day.

Unfortunately, our prices are fixed per client basis and not on makeup preference or hair type/length. Often a simpler style doesn't necessarily mean it's easier to achieve and from experience, working on clients with short or finer hair requires more time and skill to achieve the finished look. This is also the similar with makeup as different styles would still require a specific application especially for more natural finishes. Our prices reflect and offer the assurance that regardless of the style and/or application - you and our bridal party will only receive the best our skills and products can achieve, unique to your style and features x

A booking retainer of $500 (non-refundable, non-transferrable) is required to secure your quote and wedding date. Once we are informed that you are happy to go ahead, we'll send out a formal invoice to arrange payment of retainer. To remain fair to all our clients, we operate on a first-in-first-serve basis and do not hold weddings dates without a retainer. Your wedding date is considered secured once proof of transfer has been sent.

Your Wedding Booking will require a course of 2 payments: First is the $500 retainer to secure the wedding day. The second is the remainder of your invoice which is due 5-3 days before your wedding day. Payments are made via bank transfer or cash is also accepted. Bridal trials are a separate service and is not included in the wedding booking. A $50 retainer is required to secure your Bridal Trial with the remainder due at least 1 day prior to your appointment.

You may but I usually advise my Brides to book these services seperately as trials can take up to 3 - 4 hours. You'll need to consider the time to meet the photographer, travel time to the shoot, a quick feed, etc. It would just mean a particularly long day for you and your fiance. Also, because the final look we trial is the bridal look for the wedding day, clients will potentially have the same look on their engagement shoot as they would on the wedding day. Some brides mind, others don't, just something to consider when booking a trial and shoot together.

Bridesmaids/Guests Hair and Makeup are allocated 1 hour each (2 hours in total) Brides Services are allocated 2.5 hours or 1.5 for hair or makeup. Closer to the date, a run-sheet will be provided by us based on the arrival times of the photo/videographer.

In regards to hair and/or makeup - preparation instructions according to the service you've booked will be sent out via email. In addition you will also be asked to: - Bring along any hair and/or makeup inspo you have collated - Wear a nice white/light coloured top (no T-shirts). This will help you envision how you could potentially look on your wedding day! - Bring along any wedding accessories or veils to trial on the day. - We will also take the opportunity to iron out some wedding details on the day so please have ready contact information, location, as well as hair and/or makeup styles for your bridal party for me to take note of.
