Below is our Booking Policy.
Your experience with Ysabel Artistry is important to us and while we will try to accommodate our clients and their wishes where ever possible, the following terms are in place to ensure fairness across our services.
Upon booking with Ysabel Artistry the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Making a Booking
A 30% deposit is required as a retainer fee to secure your event date, and will be put towards the total amount owing. The remaining balance is to be paid in full via bank transfer 7 days prior to the event date.
Booking a Wedding
$500 is the minimum requirement to book a wedding.
Bookings of 4 or more people will require hiring our in-house MU assistant.
All makeup services are inclusive of quality lashes and application
Flower Girls ages 8 and under are free of charge.
Booking an Event
Event services are held at my home location in Liverpool
Mobile services are only available for bookings meeting a minimum of $300 (travel fee not included)

Early Start Fees - For bookings commencing before
6 am and prior $100
4 am and prior $150
2 am and prior $150
Parking Fees - Will be charged to the client according to venue, parking meter, or closest parking facility.
Public Holidays - A 10% surcharge applies for bookings falling on a public holiday.
Travel Fees - Starting from $60 within 40 km
In the event the client wishes to cancel the service at anytime, the client understands that deposits paid will not be returned, but will be kept as a retainer fee to cover admin and loss of potential business for the date reserved. In any unforeseen event in which Ysabel Artistry may be forced to cancel, the client has the option of going ahead with our services with one of our qualified MUA at a revised package or the option of a full return of deposits/payments made to date.
Making Changes to your booking
Once booking has been made and confirmed by us, hair and makeup services maybe added or removed up until 12 weeks leading to the event. 12 weeks leading into the event, services may still be added but not removed from the original booking. Services are also non-transferable.
Before/after pictures and footage will be taken by Ysabel Artistry to promote via the artists’ social media and portfolio unless otherwise advised by client in which case they would not be uploaded, but kept on file for purpose of portfolio and education.
Ysabel Artistry only collects information required to book services, this includes full name, contact number, address, wedding day information and payment details.
All client information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstance. Ysabel Artistry is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients.
