Below is our Booking Policy.
Your experience with Ysabel Artistry is important to us and while we will try to accommodate our clients and their wishes where ever possible, the following terms are in place to ensure fairness across our services.
Upon making a booking with Ysabel Atistry the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
A $200 deposit is required as a retainer fee to secure your event date ($100 for Bridal Trials) and will be put towards the total amount owing.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is to be paid in full via bank transfer 3 days prior to the event date.
$800 in services is the minimum requirement for weddings booked 3 months in advance.
Large bookings will require hiring our in-house MUA/Hairstylist at $150 p/artist.
Additional artists may be added at the discretion of the senior artist due to timing or at the Bride's request.
In the event the client has decided for any reason to cancel their service, the client understands that deposits paid will not be returned, but will be kept as a retainer fee to cover admin and loss of potential business for the date reserved.
Cancellations during COVID - Every effort will be made to work alongside our brides during fluctuating restrictions. In the event the client wishes to cancel their wedding due to reasons not restricted by the current government advice, deposits on these grounds cannot be returned.
If the client wishes to postpone due to current restrictions implemented by the government, Ysabel Artistry will be happy to re-allocate the date within a year of the original wedding date, subject to our availability. We highly advise acquiring a range of dates offered by your venue(s) in the hopes one or more of these dates will align with our availability.
In the event I am unavailable for your postponed wedding date one of our most qualified MUA's and/or Hairstylists will be made available to you at revised package.
In any unforseen event, act of God, death or family emergency, in which Ysabel Artistry may be forced to cancel, the clients has the option of going ahead with one of our qualified artists at a revised package or the option of a full return of deposits/payments made to date.
Once a booking has been made and confirmed by us, hair and makeup services maybe added or removed up until 12 weeks leading to the event. 12 weeks leading into the event, services may still be added but not removed from the original booking. Services are also non-transferable.
CONTENT AND PRIVACY
Pictures, video, stories etc. will be taken by Ysabel Artistry to promote via the artists' social media and portfolio unless otherwise advised by the client in which case they would not be uploaded.
Ysabel artistry only collects information required to book and fulfil services. Clients personal details are deemed confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstance.
